Pattern Sales

The ‘Buy Now’ buttons allowing you to buy my patterns direct from my website are powered by Payhip. Therefore purchasing from my website means that your sale goes through the Payhip platform.

For all of my patterns, I provide multiple ways of purchasing and links can be found within the ‘Alternative Buying Options’ tab on pattern listings.

PDF files are for your personal use only. Please do not share with friends and family or distribute freely. So much time and effort goes into designing and writing a pattern. I try my hardest to price as fairly as possible whilst still respecting the hard work that I put into creating them.

Refunds

Due to my patterns being supplied to you digitally, once they have been downloaded, I cannot offer a refund. If you purchase a pattern by mistake, I am happy to process a refund if you have not yet downloaded the file. If you have any issues with your purchase, from downloading difficulties to troubles opening files, please contact me. I will try my best to rectify any issues you may be having.

Pattern support

If you are experiencing issues with knitting one of my patterns, please do contact me for pattern support via my “contact me” page (or simply email [email protected]). I endeavour to reply as soon as practically possible but do bear with me, I have two young, busy children and a part-time day job to work around. All of my “self-released” patterns are tech edited and tested so are as technically correct as possible. However, very occasionally things may have been missed so please get in touch.

If any issues do arise, I will endeavour to push a pattern update file as soon as practically possible.

If you post about your makes please tag/mention me as I absolutely love seeing my patterns come to life on other people needles. It makes the whole process so worth it!
